As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. We purchased and sold our property through Ed. He was most helpful and even during hard economic times he managed to “get the job DUNN”. The property was priced right with lots of advertising, open houses and communication on the activity. His experience and innovation was evident in the way he handled any offers.
