When we decided the time had come to sell our house and downsize we never thought things would happen so fast. We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at.
