Ed showed us different houses in our price range and style we were picturing with absolutely no pressure. Within a week and half we made an offer and sold our condo for the asking price! We were property virgins and didn't have a clue what was involved in purchasing our first home. Ed came highly recommended and we were extremely comfortable with him right from the start. He was patient with us, always in a good mood, and knew what we wanted and needed. He was quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails and quick to point out downfalls and was there every step of the way. He was there to recommend a good, thorough guy for the house inspection and stayed with us the whole 3 hours it took.
