We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at. He took the time to go through the houses with us and we found our first dream house, Ed is always the one to answer his phone, and happy to answer any questions, and when you leave a message he calls as soon as he can. When it came time to sell our house this year, we didn’t think of anyone else but Ed. In this economy Ed did a great job in selling our house, he would always call and update us about what was going on, or the week in general or when someone went through the house he would try to get feedback. Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. Curious to see what was in the market and not knowing how to even get started we saw Ed's name on a bus shelter. "ED gets the job DUNN" and so he did! Ed showed us different houses in our price range and style we were picturing with absolutely no pressure. Within a week and half we made an offer and sold our condo for the asking price! Ed's knowledge and professionalism eased throughout this whole process. The only thing we had to worry about was moving day, Ed took care of everything else. We would recommend Ed to anyone.

Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV.
