As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Even though he was actually away on vacation, he took the time to make it happen! I was amazed at Eds commitment and passion as a real estate agent. My home wasn't so cut and dry as it was power of sale with some complications involved, but Ed made sure I understood everything every single step of the way, leaving me feeling extremely confident. ED does get the job DUNN". Mary and I met Ed 2 years ago when we decided to sell our townhome. Ed came over and we liked what he had to offer. He was open, honest and listened to what we had to say.
