I have just purchased my second house and for the second time I have used Ed Dunn Jr. I knew after he helped me with finding my first house there was no chance of going with anyone else. This time around I was also selling, something new for me, and Ed patiently guided me through and put me in touch with all the right people. I also appreciated how he broke down all the costs for selling, buying, and moving as it helped me to budget everything.
