Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. He truly goes above and beyond and made my experience one to remember. Ed is such a positive professional person who genuinely cared about my needs and wants. I was overly impressed with how prompt he was to call me back or to even receive call daily making sure I was okay. There were many late night paper signings and Ed always came to my door with a smile. I was dealing with family and lawyers from long distances and Ed was right on top of things faxing and spending his own personal money to ensure everything was in place. No matter what the time of day or place, Ed was there when I needed him.

As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Ed has been a great help for my fiancé and I when we were stuck in a rough situation and had to rush to buy. Tom and I had heard about Ed and his hard work in delivering good service and decided to give him a try. We were selling our home in Greensville and were moving to our "cottage home". We were property virgins and didn't have a clue what was involved in purchasing our first home. Ed came highly recommended and we were extremely comfortable with him right from the start. "I'm not really sure about those details", said the next, ........ and then came Ed Dunn Jr. We were really new at the whole thing and Ed answered every question we had and then some. When papers needed to be signed he came to us, wherever were, including at a restaurant. It was the easiest and most positive experience. After we had bought our home and moved in Ed popped by with an extra weed whipper that he had because he remembered my husband mentioning that we didn't have one! He's the kind of guy that treats you like you are his number one priority because you are. I'd like to have him over for a BBQ one day just to thank him for his outstanding work and I think I'm going to because he's the kind of guy you keep as a friend afterwards!
