We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at. He took the time to go through the houses with us and we found our first dream house, Ed is always the one to answer his phone, and happy to answer any questions, and when you leave a message he calls as soon as he can. When it came time to sell our house this year, we didn’t think of anyone else but Ed. In this economy Ed did a great job in selling our house, he would always call and update us about what was going on, or the week in general or when someone went through the house he would try to get feedback. We would never use anyone else but Ed Dunn Jr for our Real Estate Agent, he is more than that to us, he is now a friend as well, and if we could take him with us to help find our next house, we would!

We bought our new (to us) house from Ed after visiting at one of his open houses, since we didn’t have a buying agent; Ed acted for us and the Seller also. Ed was completely professional even though he represented both sides of the deal and I believe both parties were happy with the outcome. So when it came to selling our current property we went back to Ed and this was one of the best moves we made! Despite numerous setbacks from potential buyers, Ed was always positive and maintained his confidence and kept our spirits high while trying to sell our house. He worked tirelessly to get us what we needed. Any call, no matter what time, we were able to get in touch with him and get the answers and support we needed. Tom and I had heard about Ed and his hard work in delivering good service and decided to give him a try. We were selling our home in Greensville and were moving to our "cottage home". Ed went above and beyond to give us good service and even held an open house on Father's Day!!! He was knowledgeable about everything we needed to do and walked us through all the steps. Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away.
