I have just purchased my second house and for the second time I have used Ed Dunn Jr. I knew after he helped me with finding my first house there was no chance of going with anyone else. We bought our new (to us) house from Ed after visiting at one of his open houses, since we didn’t have a buying agent; Ed acted for us and the Seller also. Ed was completely professional even though he represented both sides of the deal and I believe both parties were happy with the outcome. So when it came to selling our current property we went back to Ed and this was one of the best moves we made! Ed has been a great help for my fiancé and I when we were stuck in a rough situation and had to rush to buy.
