"I'm not really sure about those details", said the next, ........ and then came Ed Dunn Jr. We were really new at the whole thing and Ed answered every question we had and then some. When papers needed to be signed he came to us, wherever were, including at a restaurant. It was the easiest and most positive experience. After we had bought our home and moved in Ed popped by with an extra weed whipper that he had because he remembered my husband mentioning that we didn't have one! He's the kind of guy that treats you like you are his number one priority because you are. I'd like to have him over for a BBQ one day just to thank him for his outstanding work and I think I'm going to because he's the kind of guy you keep as a friend afterwards! I have just purchased my second house and for the second time I have used Ed Dunn Jr. I knew after he helped me with finding my first house there was no chance of going with anyone else. This time around I was also selling, something new for me, and Ed patiently guided me through and put me in touch with all the right people. I also appreciated how he broke down all the costs for selling, buying, and moving as it helped me to budget everything.
