Currently in the process of closing a deal with Ed Dunn, I can see why he has such great ratings, truly, Ed has no limit when it comes to going out of his way for clients, he will meet you anywhere anytime at your convenience. He will go the extra mile and out of his way for you. I am truly impressed!! I see the hard work, and determination. He truly deserves the praise for his dedication. He picked up my call asap the first time I called to enquire about a house, and did not hesitate to show me the house the same day, later in the evening I called back to ask if I can put in an offer for the house, and he came out to see my husband and I as soon as he can to try and close the deal. He seems honest and straight forward which is what I love, no beating around the bushes, it is what it is.

My husband and I had our house up for sale with another realtor for about 6 months and had no luck.  We were referred to Ed; he came to meet us when the other contract expired, not a moment sooner.  We were almost going to give up, and instantly Ed gave us new hope.  Ed encouraged, supported and gave us hope to sell our house.  Ed sold our house quickly; he did everything possible to do so.  It is great when you call Ed because you get Ed, not an answering service.  He is VERY prompt in returning your calls (even if he is out of town).  Ed would also call us just to keep contact and make sure we were still excited.  Ed certainly put lots of time in for us traipsing across the city looking at houses for us to buy on many different nights.  He listened to what we wanted and he by far, delivered! Ed is a great guy and we talk about him to anyone we can.  We even referred him to our mother who received a house through death.  Ed was a valuable asset in the renovation with respect to answering questions and giving his expert opinion.  And naturally, Another "DUNN" Deal!  Ed gives the whole process a personal touch.  He does so with honesty and courtesy.  We would not hesitate to use him again when the time comes or to refer him to anyone else.  Thanks for everything Ed!  We love our new home!!

Ed has been a great help for my fiancé and I when we were stuck in a rough situation and had to rush to buy. He was always extremely organized, prompt, and polite.  He took the time to explain everything to us in detail as my fiancé and I were both first time home buyers. Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV.
