Currently in the process of closing a deal with Ed Dunn, I can see why he has such great ratings, truly, Ed has no limit when it comes to going out of his way for clients, he will meet you anywhere anytime at your convenience. He will go the extra mile and out of his way for you. I am truly impressed!! I see the hard work, and determination. He truly deserves the praise for his dedication. He picked up my call asap the first time I called to enquire about a house, and did not hesitate to show me the house the same day, later in the evening I called back to ask if I can put in an offer for the house, and he came out to see my husband and I as soon as he can to try and close the deal. He seems honest and straight forward which is what I love, no beating around the bushes, it is what it is.

Ed made buying our first home a pleasure. Everyone he recommended to us was just as friendly, professional and helpful as he was. We admired his honesty and integrity and would love to work with him again in the future, but not for a while because we love our new home.

When we decided the time had come to sell our house and downsize we never thought things would happen so fast. As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT!
