Ed was completely professional even though he represented both sides of the deal and I believe both parties were happy with the outcome. So when it came to selling our current property we went back to Ed and this was one of the best moves we made! As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Even though he was actually away on vacation, he took the time to make it happen! I was amazed at Eds commitment and passion as a real estate agent. My home wasn't so cut and dry as it was power of sale with some complications involved, but Ed made sure I understood everything every single step of the way, leaving me feeling extremely confident. Ed was determined to ensure I was completely satisfied and answered every text, email and phone call, no matter the time. Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. He truly goes above and beyond and made my experience one to remember. Ed is such a positive professional person who genuinely cared about my needs and wants. I was overly impressed with how prompt he was to call me back or to even receive call daily making sure I was okay. There were many late night paper signings and Ed always came to my door with a smile.
