As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Tom and I had heard about Ed and his hard work in delivering good service and decided to give him a try. We were selling our home in Greensville and were moving to our "cottage home". We bought our new (to us) house from Ed after visiting at one of his open houses, since we didn’t have a buying agent; Ed acted for us and the Seller also. Ed was completely professional even though he represented both sides of the deal and I believe both parties were happy with the outcome. So when it came to selling our current property we went back to Ed and this was one of the best moves we made! There are numerous houses for sale in our area of Grimsby, in our price range, Ed did his homework and while these houses are still on the market, we sold our house for the price we needed in just 6 days, when Ed is working for you, you have him almost 24-7, as well, Ed’s attention to detail made dealing with a somewhat less than professional buying agent from a large local agency almost pleasant. Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV. Ed went above and beyond and I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know that is Selling or Purchasing a home. He really does get the job DUNN!! Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. Curious to see what was in the market and not knowing how to even get started we saw Ed's name on a bus shelter. "ED gets the job DUNN" and so he did!
