I have just purchased my second house and for the second time I have used Ed Dunn Jr. I knew after he helped me with finding my first house there was no chance of going with anyone else. This time around I was also selling, something new for me, and Ed patiently guided me through and put me in touch with all the right people. I also appreciated how he broke down all the costs for selling, buying, and moving as it helped me to budget everything. When I told Ed I was thinking of moving he immediately asked me to send him my wish list and following that he sent me listings as often as he found them. He was always accessible by phone, text or email and promptly returned my messages. While I started to think I would never find what I wanted, Ed never gave up and after a three month search he found me my dream home. He was also very honest about listing my house and got me more than I had thought I would get for it. We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at. He took the time to go through the houses with us and we found our first dream house, Ed is always the one to answer his phone, and happy to answer any questions, and when you leave a message he calls as soon as he can. When it came time to sell our house this year, we didn’t think of anyone else but Ed. My husband and I had our house up for sale with another realtor for about 6 months and had no luck.  We were referred to Ed; he came to meet us when the other contract expired, not a moment sooner.  We were almost going to give up, and instantly Ed gave us new hope.  Ed encouraged, supported and gave us hope to sell our house.  Ed sold our house quickly; he did everything possible to do so.  It is great when you call Ed because you get Ed, not an answering service.  He is VERY prompt in returning your calls (even if he is out of town).  Ed would also call us just to keep contact and make sure we were still excited.  Ed certainly put lots of time in for us traipsing across the city looking at houses for us to buy on many different nights.  He listened to what we wanted and he by far, delivered! Currently in the process of closing a deal with Ed Dunn, I can see why he has such great ratings, truly, Ed has no limit when it comes to going out of his way for clients, he will meet you anywhere anytime at your convenience. He will go the extra mile and out of his way for you. I am truly impressed!! I see the hard work, and determination. He truly deserves the praise for his dedication. He picked up my call asap the first time I called to enquire about a house, and did not hesitate to show me the house the same day, later in the evening I called back to ask if I can put in an offer for the house, and he came out to see my husband and I as soon as he can to try and close the deal. He seems honest and straight forward which is what I love, no beating around the bushes, it is what it is.
