ED does get the job DUNN". Mary and I met Ed 2 years ago when we decided to sell our townhome. Ed came over and we liked what he had to offer. He was open, honest and listened to what we had to say. Ed was very helpful with our needs, to location, location and price, in that order. He set up viewings and pointed out pros and cons. Now we live in and enjoy the perfect home. Also, I can say Ed does not forget the families he has helped, he is often in contact with us. Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV. "I'm not really sure about those details", said the next, ........ and then came Ed Dunn Jr. We were really new at the whole thing and Ed answered every question we had and then some. When papers needed to be signed he came to us, wherever were, including at a restaurant. It was the easiest and most positive experience. After we had bought our home and moved in Ed popped by with an extra weed whipper that he had because he remembered my husband mentioning that we didn't have one! We met Ed 3 and ½ years ago, when we were looking for our first house to buy. With a baby on the way and not wanting to do very much to the house, and not being approved for very much, Ed found some great houses to look at. When it came time to sell our house this year, we didn’t think of anyone else but Ed. In this economy Ed did a great job in selling our house, he would always call and update us about what was going on, or the week in general or when someone went through the house he would try to get feedback.
