Well to start off, I just wanted to express that after reading Ed’s testimonials I can say my experience with Ed was just as great if not better. Working with the public personally, which is how I heard about Ed, I thought I knew customer service inside and out. But I honestly would never put people in the place that Ed puts his clients. He truly goes above and beyond and made my experience one to remember. Ed is such a positive professional person who genuinely cared about my needs and wants. I was overly impressed with how prompt he was to call me back or to even receive call daily making sure I was okay. There were many late night paper signings and Ed always came to my door with a smile. I was dealing with family and lawyers from long distances and Ed was right on top of things faxing and spending his own personal money to ensure everything was in place. No matter what the time of day or place, Ed was there when I needed him.

Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV. ED does get the job DUNN". Mary and I met Ed 2 years ago when we decided to sell our townhome. Ed came over and we liked what he had to offer. He was open, honest and listened to what we had to say.
