Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV.
