As a young first time home buyer, even thinking about looking was intimidating. I did not have an agent as I wasn't to serious, but once I stumbled into a place I just new I HAD to have, I needed an agent right away. After nervously calling Ed around 8 on a Thursday night, he talked me through the entire process and got my offer in THAT NIGHT! Even though he was actually away on vacation, he took the time to make it happen! I was amazed at Eds commitment and passion as a real estate agent. My home wasn't so cut and dry as it was power of sale with some complications involved, but Ed made sure I understood everything every single step of the way, leaving me feeling extremely confident. Ed was determined to ensure I was completely satisfied and answered every text, email and phone call, no matter the time. Even my late Saturday night ones of what I'm sure were "silly first time home buyer nerves", he was always there. Ed was not only an amazing professional, who definitely "got the job Dunn".. but is an overall amazing person with a heart of gold. His passion for real estate is simply incredible. Ed truly made my happiness a priority through the entire process and made it feel as though I was working with a friend whom only wanted the best for me. Even after getting the keys to my home, Ed still checks in to make sure I am happy with my purchase. After experiencing being a nervous first time home buyer and then getting to work with him, I would never use or recommend anyone other then Ed Dunn. "I'm not really sure about those details", said the next, ........ and then came Ed Dunn Jr. We were really new at the whole thing and Ed answered every question we had and then some. When papers needed to be signed he came to us, wherever were, including at a restaurant. It was the easiest and most positive experience. After we had bought our home and moved in Ed popped by with an extra weed whipper that he had because he remembered my husband mentioning that we didn't have one! He's the kind of guy that treats you like you are his number one priority because you are. I'd like to have him over for a BBQ one day just to thank him for his outstanding work and I think I'm going to because he's the kind of guy you keep as a friend afterwards! Ed was great! With this being my very first home purchase he was very patient and took the time with us. He told us we might not find the perfect house right off the bat but he would search until we found it! Well, we found it; he walked us through everything from the inspection to the closing. Even though we probably had stupid questions he was very patient and answered them all. When we put in the offer Ed asked the home Seller’s for the 42” TV that was in the home at that time. We did not put that in our offer but he did and we got the TV with the house. It was a great surprise and saved us from buying a bigger TV. Ed went above and beyond and I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know that is Selling or Purchasing a home. He really does get the job DUNN!!
